For Creators:

We may also process basic technical and account information required to provide authentication, security and platform functionality.

How we use your information

  • Create and manage your Markbait account
  • Manage Early Access registrations
  • Review Creator profiles
  • Manage Brand and Creator access
  • Contact you regarding Early Access
  • Operate and improve Markbait
  • Protect the security of the platform

Early Access

Joining Markbait Early Access does not guarantee immediate access to the platform.

Information submitted during Early Access may be used to review applications, manage the waitlist and determine when access should be activated.

For Creators, profile approval and platform access may be handled as separate steps.

Your content

Creators retain ownership of their portfolio material, profile content and social media content.

Brands retain ownership of logos and other brand assets they submit.

Submitting this material gives Markbait permission to store and process it only as reasonably necessary to provide and develop the service.

How we store information

Markbait uses third-party technology providers for services such as hosting, authentication, databases and file storage.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or where retention is required by law.

Sharing your information

Markbait does not sell your personal information.
